Annual Homeowners Meeting: Our next annual meeting is scheduled for 7pm on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
National Night Out:
When: Tuesday, August 4, 2026
Where: 2921 Northwood Drive
Time: 6:00–8:00 p.m.
Past activities have included: Live Music, Balloon Twisting, Face Painting, art station, and visits from AFD and APD.

Lamppost Decorating: Decorations are put up in late November/early December and taken down in early January. If you are interested in volunteering, please e-mail us at FernsideHOA@gmail.com
