Annual Homeowners Meeting

National Night Out
National Association of Town Watch (natw.org) encourages neighborhoods to meet with their local public safety and town officials.

Where: 2921 Northwood Drive
Time: 6:00–8:00 p.m.
Past activities have included: Live Music with the Corona Tones, Magic show (7:00pm), Free Face Painting for Kids, Visits from AFD and APD
Street Lamp Decorating
Decorating commences between the day after Thanksgiving and the first weekend in December. If you are interested in volunteering, please e-mail us at fernsideHOA@gmail.com

Walking Tours of the Fernside
Dennis Evanosky will be conducting walking tours of the Fernside 4 times in 2025. These 90-minute tours are sponsored by the Board and exclusive for Fernside homeowners. They are available on a first-come-first-served basis. If you’d like to attend, please send your request to FernsideHOA@gmail.com with tour date, your name and number of attendees. Space is limited to 35 people.
