​FERNSIDE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION

Property in Fernside Home Owners Association is deed restricted, governed by a Declaration of Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions (“CC&Rs”) and Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.

The homeowners last extended the CC&Rs in December 2016. They are now effective through 2036.

Dues were changed to $0.002 per square foot per year in October 2021.
